A body has been found of one of the missing of the Eleanor storm

On Sunday, the body of an octogenarian disappeared in Lucenay-l’Évêque (Saône-et-Loire) was discovered in a river. Two people are still missing.

The body of an octogenarian missing Thursday in Lucenay-l’Évêque (Saône-et-Loire) after the passage of Eleanor storm ,was found Sunday afternoon, we have learned from the prefecture of the department.  The balance sheet now passes six dead and two missing.

“It’s good of man who disappeared in the week. The victim was found by the police 500 meters from the place of disappearance in a water arm up to the camping village, “said the prefecture told AFP.

The police officer still sought in Paris

Two other people are still missing: police brigade of the river in Paris sought since his disappearance on Friday during an exercise on the Seine, and a German of 70 years who has been away Thursday in Haute-Marne by Dawn in flood.

Thirteen departments remained this Sunday on orange alert, after the passage of Eleanor storm that left at least 200 million euros in damage, according to preliminary estimates.
