On Monday, traffic and several fuel depots near Rennes, Fos-sur-Mer and Toulouse, are disrupted by the movement of yellow vests.
Several rallies of “yellow vests”, which wish to perpetuate their movement against the increase of the taxes against the fuels , disturbed again Monday morning the car traffic and deposits of fuels, found journalists of the AFP.
Several deposits blocked
Snail operations, blockages and filter dams, some of which were maintained at night, persisted in tolls, highways, and peripherals for the third consecutive day of mobilisation, marked by the first blockages of oil depots.
“Two depots are blocked, in Vern-sur-Seiche, near Rennes (Ille-et-Vilaine), and Fos-sur-mer (Bouches-du-Rhône) , where access is not available”, Total told AFP that refineries were not affected at the moment.
Near the Lespinasse depot north of Toulouse , Sébastien, a 21-year-old aeronautical technician, remained mobilised all night: “It was important to stay that night, we got nothing”.
“Tax maintained”
Prime Minister Edouard Philippe said Sunday he wants to maintain “the tax” despite the “anger” and “suffering” of the protesters.
“We also stay the course and it will last! “, Kevin Dujardin said, on a dam in Calais, where filter dams were organized on the A16, resulting in slowdowns over several kilometers.
“I earn 500 euros how do you want me to live with that? With what I earn I can afford one meal a day, “says Jean-Luc, a 57-year-old worker.
“The movement is not exceptional” and “obviously does not have the same magnitude as Saturday,” said CNews Secretary of State to the Minister of the Interior, Laurent Nuñez, recalling that the instructions for the forces the order was to “intervene whenever structuring axes are blocked or there is violence”.

Wounded, arrests … several incidents in the night
Several incidents have again happened during the night. In Calais, an English driver and an Australian truck driver were taken into custody after touching protesters by forcing roadblocks.
In Saint-Dizier (Haute-Marne), the driver of a truck was stopped by the gendarmes, also after injuring a “yellow vest”, transported to the hospital.
In Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, yellow vests are positioned at the Limas toll on the A6 at Villefranche-sur-Saone, creating several kilometers of traffic jams, according to the Rhone prefecture. Access to the A6 was also disrupted south of Chalon-sur-Saone by the presence of yellow vests, according to the prefecture of Saone-et-Loire.
In the Southeast, several dams, sometimes completely blocking are installed on the A7, in Orange, Avignon or Bollène.
2034 sites blocked on Saturday
The Nîmes-Ouest toll was damaged by “several thousand euros” following the mobilization of yellow vests Saturday, AFP learned from the prefecture.
On Saturday, nearly 290,000 people demonstrated at 2,034 sites. New rallies were held Sunday on some 150 sites, according to Interior Minister Christophe Castaner.
At the initiative of this discontent, members of the civil society mobilized against rising fuel prices before the grounds for grievance widened to a more comprehensive denunciation of the government’s policy on taxation and the decline in purchasing power.
