The Primark brand has finally opened in Toulouse, after three years of delay. Approximately 3,000 people were gathered for the opening hours, Wednesday 17th October, 2018.
The opening of the store was initially planned in 2015, but it is finally on Wednesday, October 17 … 2018 that Primark opened its doors in Toulouse . The Toulouse were on the lookout and were numerous to meet in front of the sign, early in the morning.
Rémusat street blocked for the occasion
No less than 3,000 people , according to Primark, were gathered in the street rue Remusat (blocked for the occasion), to be the first to enter the store, which was opening at 10am. Many were already in the queue, very early in the morning.

Opponents on the spot

Inauguration in the presence of the elected
Just before the tidal wave of Toulouse and Toulousaines between the shelves of the store at 10 o’clock, local officials were invited to visit the establishment before attending the inauguration. The mayor of Toulouse, Jean-Luc Moudenc , was particularly present, as well as the commercial assistant Jean-Jacques Bolzan .

Opening of Primark’s “flagship”
The Store of 7,500 square metres is distributed on four floors. Its 99 fitting rooms and 87 crates probably have not been too much during this opening day.
The store in Toulouse, which acts as flagship for the brand is one of the two largest in France, and the first in the city centre.
