The truck drivers strike will be renewed on Wednesday. The strikers have many demands: a daily maximum working period from 10 am, a special semi-annual medical monitoring, a minimum hourly rate of € 14 per hour and a thirteenth month.
Tanker drivers and drivers of hazardous materials (fuels, gas …) will continue on Wednesday their strike action launched on Friday by the CGT Transport, which requires employers and the government to open “fast” negotiations on working conditions in the sector .
As in previous days, the strike was essentially followed Tuesday by the Paris drivers and did not cause “no shortage”, despite the increased number of Ile stations out of fuel, according to industry professionals.
