A Weekend to Discover Architecture at Eesi, in Angoulême

Architectural exhibitions, student work, photographs can be enjoyed all weekend long at Eesi in Angoulême. A good way to discover architecture and the European School of Image.

Models, photographs, numerous explanatory sheets. Archi 16, the association of architects of Charente, is joining forces with the CAUE (Council of Architecture, Town Planning and the Environment) and the European School of Image on the occasion of national Architecture Days, which continue all weekend. “This is the first time that we have proposed so much”, assures Etienne Boulet, co-president of Archi 16.

In parallel with the exhibitions, discovery workshops are organized all day on Saturday. On Sunday, two conferences are scheduled: on the creation of the Eesi (at 2 p.m.) and on the rehabilitation project with the architects who initiated it (at 11 a.m.).
