The periods of heatwaves leaves room for thunderstorms. Nineteen departments of eastern France were placed in orange alert for storm risks, says the bulletin of Météo-France . This is the Jura, Loire, Rhone, Saone-et-Loire, Ain, Allier, Cantal, Côte-d’Or, Doubs, Upper Loire Haute-Marne, Meurthe-et-Moselle, Moselle, the Puy-de-Dôme, Bas-Rhin, Haut-Rhin, Haute-Saône, the Vosges and Territoire -Belfort.

The Rhone, the Loire, Saône-et-Loire and Jura are also placed in orange alert for heat wave.

“The arrival of a rain-storm degradation”

Thunderstorms will burst during the afternoon and evening across the Massif Central and also win the Beaujolais, the early evening Bresse. Other storms expected to form from early afternoon on Burgundy and win parts of the northeast,” says  Meteo France . “They will be accompanied by hail and heavy raids winds sometimes exceeding 80 km/h”.



The maximum will remain in high contrast to the four departments still vigilance heatwave.
