For 2017 Bordeaux in South-West France is followed by Cape Town (South Africa), Los Angeles (United States), Mérida (Mexico), Ohrid (Macedonia), Pistoia (Italy), Seoul (South Korea), Lisbon (Portugal), Moscow (Russia), and Portland (United States).
