In Haute-Garonne, the price of old houses has risen sharply in one year. Here are the prices in Toulouse and in the main communes of the department.

The dynamism of the Toulouse market is felt even more on the Haute-Garonne . Sales volumes are increasing almost everywhere (+ 3.8% for old apartments, + 21% in new homes and + 0.7% for old houses) between April 2018 and March 2019.

The median price of the m is 2440 euros in Haute-Garonne (84 000 euros for a building plot). It’s above average in Occitania, which is 2210 euros. To buy a house in the department, expect an average of 236,000 euros with notable differences between Toulouse (340,000 euros, with an increase of 7.6% over one year!) And Comminges (118 600 euros for the Luchonnais or 103 100 euros for the sector of Saint-Gaudens).

The palm of the most expensive city of the department, on the old houses, returns to Balma with a median price of 412 500 euros , in spite of a significant fall of the market in this commune of more than 16 000 inhabitants of the East Toulouse (- 6.2%).
