A herd straying on the carraigeway that connects Nantes to Rennes caused severe disruption on Saturday 18th March, a little after 11 pm, at the town of Saffré. Four cows collided with vehicles. The accident made four minor injuries. A cow was killed instantly. Two others were euthanized.
The road that connects Nantes to Rennes was cut for several hours, Saturday, March 18, 2017. A little after 11pm, a herd was found wandering on the highway up to the town of Saffré has caused accidents . A total of seven vehicles were affected.
The four people slightly injured, were taken to University Hospital.
The animal stock is heavier. A cow was killed instantly. Two others were euthanized. A fourth was injured.
Everything is back to normal just before 3 am on Sunday 19 March.
