O’Tacos arrives in the Vendée . The chain opens its first restaurant in La Roche-sur-Yon , Saturday 18th May at 11 am. The first of a good series, since O’Tacos will “grow” at Les Herbiers in July, in Sables-d’Olonne in November, before returning to La Roche, this time in the Les Halles district, at the end of 2020 .

The first Vendée restaurant is also one of the largest O’Tacos in France. 401 m2 are ready to welcome guests, rue Guillaume-de-Machaut, near La Pataterie.
“The technique of folding tacos is Mexican, but inside, it’s all about French recipes. Even if the ingredients make it possible to make recipes with Mexican flavors, it is a product which corresponds to the habits of French consumption “, supports Jean-Carol Lézé, director multi-site.”
It recruits for Les Sables and Les Herbiers
Twelve people make up the team of fast-food yonnais. “We made the choice of different profiles, some are from fast food, others not,” continues the spokesman. “After fifteen days of training in Nantes, it’s a winning bet”.
O’Tacos targets the 15-25 age group. “A game room is integrated into the restaurant, with two arcade terminals,” notes Amandine Richard, the director.
