Clara Burel will play this Sunday the final of the US Open against the Chinese Xiyu Wang
Clara Burel, of Louannec, will play this Sunday 9th September, her second junior Grand Slam final after her victory against Maria Osorio Serrano, seeded No. 4, in the semis .
The young player had to fight hard to win against the Colombian. After winning the first set 7-5, she digested the loss of the second 1-6, breaker at the end of the last set and serve for the match. Despite three spoiled match balls, Clara Burel had a superb tie-break (7-3) and propels herself to the final.
