The Rennes Chateaubriant line will not close
Refurbishing Work will be conducted on Chateaubriant Rennes Railway line. Rails, ballast and sleepers will be replaced.
“This line requires a deep refurbishment. It will be perpetuated globally “, announced Alain Hunault, Mayor of Chateaubriant. The line will be refurbished for an amount which should be around 40 million euros. The site will cover the regions of Brittany and Pays de la Loire, since a portion of the line is in the Loire-Atlantique department.
