A woman aged 42 was arrested on Thursday morning by police for storing in the apartment she occupies in the city of Castellane drugs and cash, reports the newspaper La Provence .
Investigators found that in the apartment of the “nanny”, 4.5 kilograms of cannabis, 365 grams of cocaine and more than 20,000 euros in cash. Often compared to a “drug supermarket”, the city of Castellane, in the 16th arrondissement of Marseille, is one of the biggest “narcotic areas” of the city.

According to La Provence, about 70 people were arrested in this area in three years for use or drug trafficking.
