The starting point is at Esplanade de Gaulle from 11am. The unions, who have originally made this call of action, had a meeting this morning at 8 am, with the prefect and the mayor of Rennes. The goal is to prevent a demonstration that deteriates again with protestors clashing with police and causing damage. The procession should avoid the city centre, which still prohibits protesters.
