Is there a fine if you put your yellow vest on your dashboard ? This is the question that the gendarmes of La Bassée (Nord) answered on their Facebook account. The military said they received many questions from Internet users about whether or not to wear the famous vest on the dashboard of cars.

But last October 30, parody site Nordpresse published an article according to which motorists would have been fined 150 euros. A poison designed to make subscribers laugh. But some unfortunately took this info for cash and hastened to relay it, thus launching a rumour.
