Haute-Savoie: Two Teenagers Died and Three Injured in a Car Accident

ROAD ACCIDENT: Four 15-year-old minors were in a car driven by a 17-year-old which left the road during the night from Friday to Saturday in Haute-Savoie
Friday evening, shortly after 9:30 p.m., a car made a exit from the road while she was traveling on the Brasses road which crosses the small town of Viuz-en-Sallaz, in Haute-savoie. The toll is heavy: two dead and three injured, all minors according to Here.
If we still do not know the circumstances of the accident however, we know that the vehicle in which five teenagers were traveling is the only one involved. For a reason that the investigation will therefore have to determine, the car, driven by a 17-year-old young man with a license, went off the road to end up racing against a tree.
Two dead and three injured
In the impact, the driver died instantly. Next to him, his 15-year-old passenger also lost his life. Three other 15-year-old boys, who were in the back of the car, were seriously injured for two of them, more lightly for the last one. They were treated by emergency services and hospitalized in Geneva, Switzerland.
To our colleagues here, the mayor of Viuz-en-Sallaz announced the annihilation of the entire town after this tragedy. He added that the road on which the accident occurred is “dangerous” due, in particular, to its winding.
