Mobilize Duo, Don’t Call it Twizy Anymore

AUTO: The successor to the Renault Twizy is called Mobilize Duo. A new concept of electric mobility.
Two tandem seats based on a tubular structure, the Mobilize Duo is based on the famous Renault Twizy. Like the latter, it will be offered in two performance levels: up to 45 km/h, accessible from 14 years old, and 80 km/h. But the Duo will go much further than the Twizy, with a range of around 140 km. The Duo will integrate 50% recycled materials into its design. According to the press release, we will not be able to purchase the Duo. It will be offered on a minimum 3-month subscription or long-term rental basis.

Vintage dashboard
Intuitive, the Duo’s technology is inspired by the gaming spirit and the 80s and 90s. A centrally positioned screen comes with fun controls divided into three steps with explanatory text for each button.
The Duo will hit the market in 2023, while a utility version called Bento will see the light of day in 2024. To discover at Paris Motor Show from Paris, from October 17 to 23.
