A violent accident occurred Sunday 21st April, 2019, on the A131 between Le Havre and Tancarville (Seine-Maritime). Two men and one woman were seriously injured.
The accident occurred in the middle of the afternoon, at 3.40pm. A car, overturned, rolling several times before coming to rest on the roof, on the A131, in Gonfreville-l’Orcher , between Le Havre and Tancarville (Seine-Maritime) . Three seriously injured people were hospitalised in Jacques-Monod.
“Rolled several times for an indeterminate reason”
According to the gendarmerie, the vehicle involved, “only in question”, carried out “several rolls for an undetermined reason”. On board the accident vehicle were three people, all seriously injured, detailed firefighters. An 85-year-old man was helicoptered to Le Havre hospital.
The other two passengers followed, taken care of in a Smur ambulance and one of the firefighters. This is a 60 year old man and a 32 year old woman.
Cut in the direction of Tancarville the time of the intervention, the highway A131 reopened, indicated the gendarmerie at 5.15pm. Helpers left the scene and the vehicle was cleared.
