He suffered a heart attack during the ceremony but could not be revived.
The scene took place in the office. A 45-year-old priest died Sunday of a heart attack during the Christmas Eve Mass at the Basilica of Sainte-Anne d’Auray (Morbihan), does said Monday from the firefighters.
The priest “suffered a heart attack around 9.30pm during mass. Relief on site tried to resuscitate him for an hour, ” said the County Operational Center Fire and rescue of Morbihan.
According Breton Daily Telegram , the priest was born in Congo and was in Sainte-Anne d’Auray for a six-day stay.
