Medieval festivals in Moncontour

Hear ye, hear ye, gentle ladies and noble squires! Knights, beggars, kings and queens invade the small town character the whole weekend. Program: medieval feast, antique market and many animations. Nearly 280 medieval costumes will be rented.

Harvest celebration in Saint-Carreuc

A big party to discover or rediscover the old trades. Program: battery stew at 12 midday, parade at 2.30pm, demonstrating old crafts at 3pm and musical entertainment. At 6pm, the country hock precede the great popular dance which will begin at 9pm.

Sunday from 12 midday Place Charles Picot in Saint-Carreuc. Free.

Place artists in Saint-Quay

Aperitif concert with Colonel Cody, collective Nama Pamos. Program: blues, folk and ethno-ambient psychedelia Afro-oriental accents. On stage, the singer, guitarist and harmonica surrounds of Little Big Mig percussion.

Sunday, 6pm to 8pm, Port gardens, quay of the Republic, Saint-Quay-Portrieux. Free.

Rock concert to drum Singing

Concert with Victoria Sponge rock band X, the self-proclaimed “dirtybilly”. At blows of bass and guitar riffs, the four musicians are wild rock’n’roll from blues to punk.

Basque songs in Pordic

For the closing musical evenings, the public will discover the Basque Xiberotarrak training, mixed group from Soule. The musicians will offer an original and traditional repertoire of the Pyrenees. They will perform a cappella or accompanied on guitar.
