Tuesday 21st March around 5pm, a driver lost control of his car on a bend of the locality Bremdoux, in Derval. A boy walking his dog, managed to avoid the vehicle, but the animal hit, did not survive the shock.
Tuesday 21st March, at around 5pm, a driver lost control of his car on a bend in the locality Bremdoux, in Derval.
A 12 year old boy, who was walking his dog at the time, managed to avoid the 4×4 jumping into the ditch beside the road. The animal was hit he not survive the shock.
1.70 g per litre of blood
Upon arrival of the Nozay brigade of gendarmes found the fifty year old driver, a resident of Derval, was positive for alcohol test. Taken thereafter, he was tested and found to have 1.70 g of alcohol per litre of blood. It will be heard this Friday, March 24th by the brigade of Nozay.
The boy, meanwhile, was taken to Chateaubriant hospital as a precaution.
