Property: A new building program has been launched near Lorient train station. 74 apartments will be sold, some at € 3,500 per m2, some 1,000 euros cheaper and eleven are intended for social rented housing.
The Rennes Lamotte developer has just started marketing 74 apartments at the Quai Chazelles program.
The three buildings will be built and ready by the end of 2018 facing the Cosmao Dumanoir Boulevard and Orientis.
“The curves of a boat”
The first building will Chazelles on the street. Its 39 apartments will be sold at € 3,560 per m2, including parking.
The developer puts forward the “marked and maritime architecture” of its flagship.
The other two will be built further back, they will gain access via the street Commandant Paul-Teste. They are intended for households with lower incomes.
Eighteen months of work
Demolition of existing buildings will commence in March and will last two to three weeks.
The construction site is expected to start in stride. The finish date of the project is expected “in October or November 2018” .
