20,000 Demonstrators are expected in Nantes against the El Khomri Labour Law

New day of strikes and demonstrations against the El Khomri Bill this Thursday, March 31 in France.  In Nantes, over 20,000 protesters are expected.

“We feel it’s going to be a big mobilization. Employees who had not exhibited previously planned to go out in the street. According to the CGT, more than 20,000 demonstrators should tread the pavement Nantes this Thursday, March 31, in response to the labour bill El Khomri.  Others do not hesitate to talk about 30 000 to 40 000 people.
At the invitation of the Inter CGT-FO-FSU-Solidaires and UNEF student organizations and students with Solidarity, the procession will depart at 10.30am at the Place du commerce in Nantes. Young, employees / retirees behind the parade pass in front of the prefecture, La Place de Bretagne and La Place Graslin before reaching the esplanade in front of the Hotel Dieu, where speeches will take place.
