Parliament finally adopted today, Wednesday by a final vote of the Assembly the controversial bill on the intelligence, which has been defended in the name of counter-terrorism by the government, but has come under criticism on the risk of “mass surveillance.”

The bill submitted to the final vote in the National Assembly defines service missions, the licensing scheme for the use of spy techniques and their control over the French territory.
