Mayenne : Weekend of Pentecost – Reinforced Controls on Roads

Police and Gendarmes will conduct numerous checks on the roads, on Sunday and Monday.

The Prefect of Mayenne appealed for vigilance and prudence, during the weekend of Pentecost as it was announced that over this period, the Gendarmes will be conducting numerous checks on vehicles throughout the Mayenne department.

Many checks were conducted on Saturday, but no serious violation was found. The security forces will remain present on the routes on Sunday and even Monday, to mark the end of the long weekend and when traffic is expected to be high as most people return from mini breaks away before going back to work on Tuesday.
