Local News
Francois Hollande has cancelled his visit to the Seine-Maritime

President from Rouen finally will not return to Normandy this week.

The possible displacement was discussed last week by the Elysée services but it was not confirmed to the Seine-Maritime prefecture. It said on Tuesday that he was “no longer relevant”.

The visit should have taken place on Thursday and was to include allowing Hollande to meet Guillaume Bachelay, PS deputy of the fourth district and municipal councilor in the Grand Quevilly.

He had had a significant role in the campaign of Francois Hollande in 2012 and could again participate in any campaign of re-election.
