Several Greenpeace activists, took action, taking everyone by surprise in Evrecy, near Caen, this Friday, February 12, 2016. Since 7.20 am, thirteen activists chained themselves to the convoy carrying the dome of the EPR Flamanville tank.
Expected specialized gendarmes
The convoy travelling towards the Nord-Cotentin had stopped for the night at Evrecy, on a small parking lot near the Intermarché, on the main road. The convoy could not start this morning because the militants were chained to the truck axles.
According to the police, a specialized police are about to intervene to stop this action.
