The chèque énergie will be distributed, for the Charente department, between the 1àth and 14th November 2025.
Usually distributed in the spring, the chèque énergie, which allows the poorest households to pay part of the energy bills for their homes, will be sent to the 3.8 million beneficiaries next November.
A delay, in 2025, linked to the delay of the finance law, promulgated late this year in February.
The law had also introduced new methods of awarding checks.
Automatically identified eligible Charentais households will receive their chèque énergie between Monday 10th November and Friday 14th November.
Those who are not identified can check their eligibility and make their request from this Wednesday 15th October and until the 28th February 2026, on the site www.chequeenergie.gouv.fr.
