Giant dolls, accompanied by a fanfare, will travel the streets of Saint-Malo, Intra-Muros, this Saturday 22nd December, 2018.
It is “an exceptional and magical moment” that is announced in the streets of Intra-Muros and Esplanade Saint-Vincent this Saturday 22nd December, 2018, as part of Christmas events in Saint-Malo.
From 5.30 pm to 6.30 pm, the City of Saint-Malo welcomes the company Transe Express with a spectacle both monumental and poetic: three giant dolls come to visit the Malouins, accompanied by Drums, a fanfare of small lead soldiers.
“Perched on top of their oversized crinoline dresses, Les Poupées Géantes are lyrical singers. They glide through the crowd and transform the street into an opera to perform a repertoire, Christmas of course! “

The three dolls will arrive on the Esplanade Saint-Vincent around 5.30pm.
Upon arrival on Esplanade Saint-Vincent, the dolls will slide through the crowd waiting for the arrival of the brass band of small lead soldiers “Les Tambours”.
The Drums will leave the Porte de Dinan at 5.30pm, they will cross the main street of Intra-Muros to join the Dolls esplanade Saint-Vincent.
