Tarbes Lourdes Pyrénées airport is recruiting: “send us your application! “

Tarbes Lourdes Pyrénées (TLP) registers 590,000 passengers per year and offers flights to many cities in Europe. The airport is recruiting, with positions to be filled from March.
It is the third airport in Occitanie behind Toulouse-blagnac and Montpellier-mediterranean. Established at Ossun, at the foot of the Pyrenees, the airport Tarbes Lourdes Pyrenees (TLP) registers 590,000 passengers per year and offers regular flights (Paris, Rome, London, Brussels, Lisbon,…) via the companies Volotea or Ryanair. It is also characterized by an activity of charter traffic due to its proximity to the Marian City of Lourdes.
At the start of the year, the airport is communicating several job offers: “Send us your application! ”These are seasonal fixed-term contracts to be filled from March.
THE track agents are responsible, while respecting flight safety, for loading and unloading baggage operations in the holds, and for assisting the movement of aircraft on apron. The usher guides the pilot to park the plane. Runway attendants position all equipment around the aircraft to assist passengers and crews.
Multiple positions available
THE passage service agents carry out various commercial missions. They welcome and inform passengers as soon as they arrive at the airport. During a flight, they check passengers and their luggage, board and disembark passengers and assist people with reduced mobility. The agents in charge of sales sell tickets as well as supplements offered by the airlines.
THE airport security officers, for their part, ensure the safety of passengers, staff and baggage within the airport. Their missions are multiple in order to guarantee a secure environment across the entire platform. They are notably responsible for checking passengers and cabin baggage at the screening inspection station (PIF). In addition, they inspect hold baggage and carry out various checks to enhance security.
