A Pigeon is flashed by a speed radar camera flying at 45 km/h
A Pigeon is caught speeding! Yes, and even too fast. In mid-February, in the town of Bocholt in western Germany, a pigeon was flashed by an automatic road radar while he was on a 45 km/h rump flight in a part of the city whose the speed is limited to 30 km/h.
The animal has nothing to say for his defense: his photo was published in large on the Facebook page of the city.
