The President of the Republic addresses television this Tuesday 16th April, 2019 at 8pm, in a speech that should focus only on the fire of Notre-Dame de Paris.
Nearly 24 hours after the fire of Notre-Dame de Paris , Emmanuel Macron address the nation at 8 pm Tuesday 16th April, 2019, announced a statement from the Elysee.

The president was due to speak on television Monday 15th April to announce measures after the Great National Debate and to respond to the crisis of yellow vests. The speech was postponed because of the fire that occurred at Notre-Dame de Paris around 6.50pm.
Announcements after the grand debate still pending
But the Elysee said on Tuesday that tonight’s address would focus only on fire and not on measures, “to respect a time of meditation.”
