This is no longer a secret: the Lidl brand, historically located Boulevard Laennec in Ploërmel will settle in the business area of Brocéliande.
The supermarket Lidl has obtained the green light from Ploërmel community which will give him a parcel of about 15 000m2 near the ring road of Ploërmel at the price of 225 000 € HT. For Guy Le Bolu, Vice President of Economy, it is:
“the opportunity to boost marketing momentum on this business park.”
For its part, Lidl wants to strengthen its presence on Ploërmel and invest in a new building to develop the new concept of the brand.
Development of a roundabout
A project that requires, for the city of Ploërmel, to develop a roundabout to serve both the Noé verte ZAC and the business park Brocéliande.
Work to which Lidl will contribute financially, up to 60% in the form of a Partnership Urban Project (PUP).
