Celine Dion will appear on the soundtrack of Beauty and the Beast. The Quebec singer announced on Thursday on her Twitter account that should would interpret the song ‘How Does A Moment Last Forever’ for the highly anticipated film from Disney to be released on the 22nd March.

This is not the first collaboration of Celine Dion with US studios. She had already sung with Peabo Bryson the title “eternal history” on the end credits of the cartoon released in 1992. The song has received many honors: an Oscar, a Golden Globe and three Grammy Awards.
“Emotional ballad”
Composed by Alan Menken – who had already made the music for the cartoon – and lyricist Tim Rice, How Does A Moment Last Forever is described as “an emotional ballad about precious moments of life that we must cherish,” says Télé-Loisirs .
As stated in Paris Match, the song will appear in the end credits of the film. Beauty and the Beast has in its cast Emma Watson, Dan Stevens and Luke Evans.
