The circumstances are still rather vague. Friday night, a young man was seriously injured by multiple stab wounds on the sidelines of the fair, in Rennes. The latter was supported by firefighters and transferred to University Hospital for treatment. On Sunday, he was able to leave the hospital.

The victim, a Chechen 17, was wounded in the head and leg wounds but remained superficial. He could be heard by the police. “He says he does not remember anything,” said an investigator.
