Côtes d’Armor, Finistère and Morbihan were placed in orange alert Friday morning because of the arrival of stormy rains on the coast of Brittany.
Meteo France have issued an orange alert for the coast of brittany and Finistere, with the possibility of localised flooding.
The Orange alert covers the period between 9 am – 11pm, and is asking people not to travel unless necessary and to be vigilant during this period. Météo France is forecasting strong rainstorms “locally intense and sometimes accompanied by hail” , which then will shift eastward during the afternoon and the evening.
