New disturbances are expected in the capital. The Paris police prefecture invited motorists to “largely bypass the outskirts of western Paris and the east of Paris” in the districts of Porte Maillot and Bercy, and avoid the airports due to the renewal of protests of taxis, in a statement.
The rallies in the capital near the Porte Maillot and the place du Bataillon du Pacifique in the Bercy district are to continue and be maintained overnight and renewed for tomorrow, Wednesday, 27th January.
From 6am, new meetings are planned on the sites of Orly and Roissy Charles de Gaulle, to try and resolve the tension and the situation.
