The Commercial Court of Angers has chosen from three bidders for the Baudouin Company (electricity, heating, plonmberie) changing from FJA holding to the Societe Dessaigne du Horps, both managed by Frédéric Jeault.
Baudouin de Cande the company employed one hundred people in its various sites, including Renazé. The buyer will retain 75 jobs in total. 18 out of 25 jobs are being saved in the Renazé site.
