Three suicide bombers caused explosions near the Stade de France on Friday …

UEFA earlier today, Monday reaffirmed its confidence in the organizing committee of Euro 2016 in France to take all “necessary measures” to the security of the tournament next summer.  The draw for the final phase will take place as scheduled on December 12 at the Paris Convention Centre and the final tournament will be played in France from June 10 to July 10.

“For three years, the organization of Euro-2016 committee worked closely with the authorities to develop the most appropriate mechanisms to ensure a safe tournament, and we are confident that the measures necessary will be taken, “said UEFA.

The attacks in Paris Friday night were 129 deaths, according to a provisional toll.  The suicide bombers had tried to enter without success in the Stade de France,  during the friendly match between France and Germany (2-0).
