Metz: A Small Family Receives 20 million euros in their Bank Account

Family find 20 million euros in their bank account

Pack your bags, we are off to Bora Bora …

According to the daily l’Est Républicain, a father who had to pay to his bank account a sum of 45 euros, noted on his account statement (on a Monday afternoon when his bank was closed), he … was credited with € 20 million.

“When my daughter came home, he was told to prepare his bags and we were leaving the next day for Bora Bora! “Joked the father.  Knowing it was certainly a computer bug, the small family spent the evening laughing but also to dream of what she might do if she had such a sum, says the daily.

End of mystery the next day when the bank adviser has confirmed that this was a computer error.
