Since Easter the Weather has certainly improved for the better, with gorgeous hot sunny days and mild evenings, where you can sit outside and enjoy the peaceful countryside over a glass of wine. The better weather has also brought with it a large amount of clients searching for either a nice holiday home or somewhere permanent to live. Unfortunately, due to the large price increases over the last couple of years, it is getting harder to find the cheaper Farmhouse or Longere type properties for under 100,000 €.
It is very important that when you are over here, that you are in a position to go ahead with all you finance in place, because although there is no pressure to purchase, if you see your ideal property, you need to make a quick decision as if you wait until you return back to the UK then, in most cases the property that you liked would have been Sold.
