A fire took place in the shed of a farm located in the municipality of Juvigné …
The incident occurred on Saturday 30 April, at around 7 pm. A farm building of 525 m² has been affected by fire at Juvigné in the Mayenne department. It contained two agricultural tractors with a telescopic arm, 120 tons of straw, 50 tonnes of hay and small farm equipment. According to the police, the entire hangar was destroyed by fire.
The farm building was not supplied with electricity, so initially, it looks as if the fire was caused from one of two tractors. No injuries were reported and the owners of the farm have been relocated.
