A new action by the farmers of mayenne is planned tomorrow night, Tuesday, 15th March, on the bridge of Pritz in Laval. They want a more remunerative price of milk.
At 27 or 28 cents, the price paid in February/March for a litre of milk, is not enough, according to farmers, who have for several months been trying to increase the amount they receive for the milk that they produce. Following its board of directors, the largest farming union FDSEA 53 announced a new protest of Mayenne farmers scheduled for Tuesday, March 15th, around 10pm. The meeting point will be the bridge Pritz in Laval.
