The circulation of trams and TER interrupted

In the city centre of Nantes, the circulation of trams 2 and 3 had to be interrupted from 15h, the channels being flooded at the Commerce and Pirmil stations. At 3.30pm, line 2 was cut between 50-Otages and Wattignies and line 3 between Brittany and Wattignies.

Finally, on the rail network, trees fell on the tracks near Ancenis, causing the interruption of TER traffic between Nantes and Angers (in both directions) until 17h. In addition, the TER traffic was interrupted in the direction Clisson-Nantes and disturbed in the direction Nantes-Les-Sables-d’Olonne, until 5pm.

The Loire-Atlantique is not finished with the rain because we expect a new disturbance – “normal but active” – ​​between Wednesday morning and Thursday morning. Between 30 and 35 mm of precipitation are expected in twenty-four hours.
