During the night of 15th to 16th June, a few hours apart, two accidents occurred on the RD 254, a few meters away only. At midnight, a car came to rest against a wall. Two of the five occupants were seriously injured. Earlier in the evening, a scooter driver 18 collided with a car. He was seriously wounded.
Shortly after midnight on the night of Thursday 15 to Friday, June 16, a motorist lost control of his car on the RD 254, at a place called Chausseterre, in Mouzillon close to Nantes.
The five occupants of people who went to the Hellfest festival in Clisson, were injured in the accident, two seriously, the other three lighter. They were rescued and taken to the University Hospital of Nantes and the hospital in Cholet.
Hours earlier, at 9.30pm on Thursday night, a scooter driver collided with a car, a few meters away, at a place called The Sablette, again on the RD 254. The driver of the scooter, a young man 18, was seriously wounded.
