A young woman which hit the back of the car died on the spot while Youcef Touati has not survived his injuries after being taken to hospital. The second man present at the front of the vehicle is still in hospital. In the tour bus, five passengers were slightly injured including the singer Jenifer. All were admitted to hospitals in the region.
Former professional player, Youcef Touati rose notably playing for Red Star, Chambly, Istres, Tours and Dijon. A Technical attacking midfielder, he scored in the cup of France, Chambly and Red Star against Marseille.
