According to The Parisian, the criminals, who entered completely hooded, would have entered through the building on the banks of the Seine side, where work is being carried out. They allegedly borrowed a freight elevator to directly access the targeted room, in Apollo’s gallery, where they stole jewelry from Napoleon and the empress.
