According to the bulletin issued at 4 pm on Monday, a marked rainy-stormy Mediterranean episode is expected. “Weak rains will cross Languedoc-Roussillon this [Monday] night and night. The expected thunderstorms will be locally violent, “sometimes organized inline or not very mobile, generating high rainfall accumulations of the order of 30 to 50 mm in a short time, 50 to 100 mm in a few hours. ”
Hailstorms and violent gusts of wind are also expected.
