Indeed, it is a brand new site launched by the tri-starred chef, created tailor-made, which will come out of the ground by the beginning of the school year 2020 to continue to train the cooks. Precisely, it will be a “new exceptional campus specialized in the culinary arts and the pastry arts. “
Two application restaurants
Spread over 5000 m2, it will obviously be equipped with many culinary technical trays, but also pastry and bakery, and classrooms. Among the special features, a sensory analysis room will be designed while the school will also host two application restaurants: a gastronomic 30 seats and a contemporary 25 seats.
Various courses offered
On the training side, 12 programs will be offered by the school, ranging from 1-4 days of continuing professional development to three-year bachelor’s degrees in English on culinary arts or French pastry, accessible from the post-baccalaureate.
Training whose number of students will never exceed 14. Although the Argenteuil centre has long been home to professionals in the field, in recent years it has been open to retraining and to students. Up to 400 can now be accommodated.
