Exit Argenteuil (Val-d’Oise), good morning Meudon (Hauts-de-Seine). 20 years after it’s opening north of Paris, Ecole Ducasse Paris Campus will move to the opposite. Head south of the capital, on the other side of the Seine. The training centre Alain Ducasse will offer a serious facelift.

Indeed, it is a brand new site launched by the tri-starred chef, created tailor-made, which will come out of the ground by the beginning of the school year 2020 to continue to train the cooks. Precisely, it will be a “new exceptional campus specialized in the culinary arts and the pastry arts. “

Two application restaurants

Spread over 5000 m2, it will obviously be equipped with many culinary technical trays, but also pastry and bakery, and classrooms. Among the special features, a sensory analysis room will be designed while the school will also host two application restaurants: a gastronomic 30 seats and a contemporary 25 seats.

Various courses offered

On the training side, 12 programs will be offered by the school, ranging from 1-4 days of continuing professional development to three-year bachelor’s degrees in English on culinary arts or French pastry, accessible from the post-baccalaureate.

Training whose number of students will never exceed 14. Although the Argenteuil centre has long been home to professionals in the field, in recent years it has been open to retraining and to students.  Up to 400 can now be accommodated.
