The singer Jessica Plésel, who came to Paris to try her luck in the 1980s, died a few days ago. Cremated this Friday 15th March, she was for more than twenty years the backing singer of Johnny Hallyday.

The singer Jessica Plésel, known to have been a singer of Johnny Hallyday for over twenty years, died at the age of 45 . According to Franceinfo , Lorraine, native of Martinique, was cremated on Friday, March 15th. The singer left her homeland in the 1980s to try her luck in Paris. In her twenty-year career , Jessica Plésel has sung with the greatest: besides Johnny Hallyday, she has also given voice for Barry White and Mylène Farmer .

Jessica Plésel was also known in France for her participation in the first season of The Voice on TF1. At the blind auditions, she had convinced Garou by reinterpreting a Johnny Hallyday standard, Envy . In the battles, she was opposed to Stephanie and Bruce, and had interpreted the title Crazy , Gnarls Barkley. Garou had finally eliminated her .
